This one sucks, because the Concorde is out of commission. But my point is not so much flying in that plane, or even flying at supersonic speeds. The Concorde, as impractical as it was, was the most practical way to get as close to space as an average guy like me is going to get. Can you imagine being at an altitude so high you can clearly see the curvature of the Earth? It's gotta be unreal. I'm certain I'd spend my whole flight just glued to the window. In fact, I'd better get a window seat!
Before I Die
Things I want to do before I die.
Visit the Top of the Empire State Building
Hey, I love architecture, and what's better than the building King Kong chose to climb? I know it's not all that spectacular being up there, but there's just something historical and beautiful about being at a point atop the greatest city in the world. And yes, I know Freud would call it a giant phallic symbol, but I don't care. Still a must on my list. Plus, I was on top of the World Trade Center, so I know these opportunities don't always last forever.

Dunk a Basketball
Kind of trivial compared to having children, but hey, I'm 6'6" and I just need to do it. It's a shame that I spent my best physical years playing volleyball, because nobody asks you if you can hit a middle 2 ball straight down over a 6 foot blocker. No, they want to know if you can dunk a basketball. Well, my issue is that I have small hands. Palming the ball is a HUGE factor in dunking. Look at Michael Jordan. The guy had hands bigger than my feet. And I have big feet. Anyway, it'd be nice to just do it once and for all, so I don't have to tell people "at my volleyball peak, I could have dunked, but never tried."

Have Children
This one is a no brainer. Talk about hard work with a huge reward. I get to have a small version of me (OK, only half me) running around in this world. I just have to raise the little guy/girl. So, you put in 18 years of everything you have and then follow it up with the rest of your life in a supporting role. Lots and lots of work. But the thought of bringing a good, decent person into the world makes it all worth it. The world needs more good people. I think I can help.
